The error is being thrown by the Bundle Installation script because it is trying to set an Inactive Subsidiary on the custrecord_sta_flowap_cross_sub_vend field. To resolve this please do the following:

  1. Setup > Company > Subsidiaries

  2. Identify the Internal ID and Name of the Subsidiaries that are set to Inactive

  3. FlowAP > FlowAP Configuration > Staria FlowAP Subsidiary Setup

  4. Edit the Records identified in #2View and add the following Field:
    Subsidiary: Inactive

  5. Save

  6. Identify the Inactive sub from the list

  7. Edit the Inflow Preference

  8. Set Inactive = T then Save

  9. Setup > Company > General Preferences > Custom Preferences

  10. INFLOW: LIST OF SUBSIDIARY IDS TO USE APPROVALS (DEPRECATED) > remove the Internal ID of the inactive Subsidiary then Save

  11. Perform the Bundle Update again
