1. Global Search and edit: [STA] FlowAP E-Documents for Conversion to FlowAP
   

   

2. Modify the search to only return records you want to be converted to FlowAP documents

3. Update Search TitleAdd the filter below:
   E-Document Status = For Conversion
   

   Image Added

4. Search Title = [STA] FlowAP E-Documents for Conversion to FlowAP - [customername]

5. Save AS

6. Setup > Company > General Preferences > Custom Preferences

7. FlowAP General Setup > open the record selected
   

   

8. Take note of the value for XML FOLDER ID
   

   

9. Customization > Scripting > Script Deployments

10. Script = [STA] FlowAP MR Convert Edoc to Flow
    

    

11. Edit the Deployment

12. Parameters >
    INBOUND E-DOCUMENT SAVED SEARCH = *search in #3
    E-DOCUMENTS XML FOLDER ID = *value in #7

13. Save & Execute
