Direct Sending of JPK_V7

To make it more convenient, you may now be able to send the JPK_V7 files directly from NetSuite to tax authority site. A new button will be added in the JPK_V7 record when the file is ready to be sent.

FIFO Revaluation for Bank Transactions

Foreign currency bank transactions need to be revalued based on FIFO method. A new FIFO revaluation feature will be introduced which will allow you to generate calculated FIFO adjustments.

Support for JPK_FA Version 4

As of April 1, 2022, a new version of the JPK_FA structure will be implemented. This will be released in prior version 3.2.4This release will introduce support for JPK UE and enhancements to existing features.

New Feature

• VAT UE

  • Users will be able to generate the Polish VAT UE report directly in NetSuite. The user will be able to review results of the report, view the data source and export the report in XML format.

Enhancements

• Enhancement to Polish Vendor JPK V7 feature

  • Improved report generation process flow.

    • The user will be able to view report generation status using a custom record. The custom record can be used to access the report in NetSuite.

  • The user will be able to download the JPK V7 report in Excel format (.xslx).

• Enhancement to Polish Vendor Whitelisting feature

  • The user will be able to validate the vendor whitelist status using the vendor’s bank account number.

  • The user be able to update the bank account number/s using VAT number,

  • The user will be able to validate if the bank account number for the vendor is found in Biała Lista.

Bug Fix

• A bug affecting the calculation of JPK V7 Taxpositions #25 and #26 related to tax amount and notional tax amounts has been fixed.

Future Releases

Development is in progress for the KSeF support feature. This is forecasted to be released sometime in Q4.
