This step is to be done before you update the Bundle Update. This is to ensure that there would be no conversion running during the update.

\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

1. Customization > Scripting > Scripts > [STA] MR INFlow Bulk Convert E-Doc

2. Under the Deployments tab edit all of the Scheduled Deployments
   

   

3. Under the Scheduled tab set Repeat = 8 hours then save

   take note of the value for Repeat and Start time as you will be using this later on for the FlowAP MR scripts

4. Customization > Scripting > Map/Reduce Script Status
   Date = Today
   Script = [STA] MR INFlow Bulk Convert E-Doc
   Deployment ID = - All -
   Status = Unfinished
   

   

5. Verify that there are no processes running in the queue for [STA] MR INFlow Bulk Convert E-Doc, if there is still something running wait for it to finish

6. Undeploy Edit the Deployments from #2 and set the script deployments to following:
   Status = Not Scheduled
   Proceed with updating the Bundle to FlowAPDeployed = F
