Creating an Advanced Invoice
To create an invoice from a sales order:
Click the Create Advanced Invoice button. A pop-up will display the order’s currency, total order amount, and remaining balance.
Select the associated Advanced Payment. The total unapplied amount of the advanced payment will be defaulted.
Optionally, change the Advanced Invoice Amount and/or the Payment Date.
Click Submit.
Wait until you receive the confirmation that the advanced invoice has been created successfully.
Click the link to the created advanced invoice record.
Review the transaction that was created.
Click the Print button to see the invoice printout.
Note: Any transactions generated by this feature are subject to the approval process currently in place in your system. If this is not the desired outcome, please contact your implementation or support team for further assistance in modifying your current approval process.
Reprinting an Advanced Invoice
To print/reprint an advanced invoice:
Open the advanced invoice.
If the advanced invoice is unknown, alternatively, you may open the related sales order initially.
Go to the Related Records tab and select the appropriate advanced invoice under the Transactions subtab.
Click the Print button to see the invoice printout.
Viewing Advanced Invoices
All advanced invoices and relevant advanced invoice corrections are linked to the sales order and displayed as a sequential list for easy access and review.

Navigate to Transactions > Advanced Invoice > Advanced Invoices.
You may click VIEW beside the advanced invoice you wish to review.
