Setting up Location records for SAF-T

If you are using Location as a warehouse where item movements are expected, additional information is required in order to comply with the SAF-T structure.

Update the location record(s) and enter or select the appropriate values for the following fields:

1. [STA-LT] Warehouse ID - number of the warehouse in which the goods are stored.

2. [STA-LT] Location Full Address - a free text address (street, house number, city, etc.) should be entered when there is no possibility to submit a structured address.

3. [STA-LT] Location Address Type - select as appropriate. Options: “

   1. BA“ (Address of the Registered Office),

   2. “KA“ (Mailing address),

   3. “RA” (Registration address),

   4. “PIA” (Shipping address),

   5. “KT” (Other address).

Save the location record after doing the update.
