Updated the results column default saved search for U-RA
R14 column now represents 5% non-deductible (previously 13% deductible)
R15 column now represents 13% deductible (previously 25% deductible)
R16 column now represents 13% non-deductible (previously 5% non-deductible)
R17 column now represents 25% deductible (previously 13% non-deductible)
Updated the columns of the U-RA report viewer
