Overview

There could be instances where the default saved searches that are being used as sources of information for the JPK_V7 file structure may not be fully aligned. For example, there could be certain fields that you want to use instead of the default source field or maybe you want to include other transaction types that are not originally supported.

Custom saved searches may be created and assigned to the Poland Localization Settings as a source of information.

Modifying the Saved Searches

Changing the Referenced Saved Search

To select a different saved search source for JPK_V7:

  1. Setup > Staria Poland Localization > Poland Localization Settings. Alternatively, you may global search page: Poland Localization Settings.

  2. Click View next to the applicable record.

  3. Go to JPK_V7 subtab.

  4. Under the Position Mapping field group, select the saved search for each of the tax position.

  5. Under the Record Mapping field group:

    1. Select the saved search from the list for:

      1. Sales

      2. Purchases

  6. Click the Save button.
