FlowAP Update > show FlowAP PDF in Form Config

Please do this step until this released:
SAPROD-3687 - Getting issue details... STATUS

Not doing this step will result to users not being able to see the PDF in the portal.

\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

1. FlowAP > FlowAP Configuration > Staria FlowAP Subsidiary Setup > *verify the Form Configuration being used

2. FlowAP > FlowAP Portal Form Config > FlowAP Portal Form Configuration > *open the Form Config being used

3. Inflow Portal Body Fields > New [STA] FlowAP Portal Body Field
   Sequence = 17
   Label = [STA] FLOWAP PDF
   Body Field ID = custbody_sta_flowap_pdf
   Display Type = Normal
   Field Group = Primary Information

4. Save

5. Open the created record on #3. Verify that the created Field Group is not empty, it will be empty if you select a field group not applicable to the Form Config.

6. Inflow Portal Body fields tab > sort by Sequence > verify that the field is showing right after PDF File Reference

   

7. Try to view any transaction in the Portal to verify that there is no errors
