Added missing translations to the Lithuanian language

Starting 01 January 2026, the list of VAT classifier codes used in the i.SAF VAT invoice register will change. New VAT codes will be added because of the introduction of the new 12% VAT rate. The following classifier codes are added to the PVM classification list [STA-LT] PVM Classification {customlist_sta_isaf_tax_cate_list}.

• VAT58 - “Services provided within the territory of the country (Art. 19(3) of the VAT Law)” – 12%

• VAT59 - “Cases where services are consumed for the private needs of a VAT payer (Art. 8 of the VAT Law)” – 12%

• VAT60 - “Cases where services provided in the territory of the country by a foreign taxable person not established in the country are subject to VAT calculated and paid by the purchaser (Art. 95(5) of the VAT Law)” – 12%
