1. What is JPK CIT and why is it important?
2. What changes are coming to the Staria Polish Localization Package?
A new SDF (SuiteCloud Development Framework) Poland Localization SuiteApp is planned for release in Q4 2025, though this timeline may be adjusted as needed. The SuiteApp will be available to existing SuiteBundle users and is intended to eventually replace the current bundle version. This transition aligns with NetSuite’s plans to deprecate the SuiteBundler feature.
Key changes and new features:
The following features will only be available in the new SDF Poland Localization SuiteApp (not in the bundle version):
JPK_KR_PD Report Module:
Generates reports from NetSuite data using a defined mapping.
Reports are available in both CSV and XML formats.
A default mapping is provided, but you can also customize the mapping to fit your company’s data structure.
JPK_ST_KR XML Generator:
Converts CSV files to XML format as required for JPK ST KR reporting.
CSV files must be prepared manually; this tool does not directly integrate with the NetSuite Fixed Asset Management (FAM) module.
A CSV template will be provided to show the required columns for JPK ST KR reporting.
If you require automated CSV generation from NetSuite, please consult your account manager, as this may require a separate customization project.
Gapless Numbering Feature:
An optional gapless numbering feature will be available for users who have unique requirements for transaction numbering sequences.
This feature is designed to address specific regulatory or business needs where native NetSuite’s standard numbering system may not be sufficient to ensure a continuous, gapless sequence.

4. Summary of Key Dates
The first JPK CIT report must be submitted to the Polish tax authority for the fiscal year starting on or after January 1, 2025. This means that most companies will submit their first JPK CIT report in 2026, after the end of their 2025 financial year and once their annual tax return is due.
Q4 2025: Release of the upgraded Staria Polish localization package as a NetSuite SDF package, including JPK CIT support.
