JPK_ST_KR - Troubleshooting Guide

JPK_ST_KR - Troubleshooting Guide

Overview

The JPK_ST_KR conversion tool in NetSuite helps you generate the files required for Poland’s tax reporting. While the system automates much of the process, it’s important to review your data and understand how to resolve issues if they arise.

Where to Find Status and Error Information

Each JPK_ST_KR record contains a Log field.

  • This field displays the current status of the report (e.g., file generation in progress, completed, or failed).

  • If an error occurs during file generation (XML), the error message will appear in this log.

Tip: Always check the Log field first if you encounter any issues.

Common Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Review the Log Field

    • Go to your JPK_ST_KR record.

    • Look for the Log field to see the latest status or any error messages.

    • Note down any error details for reference.

  2. Check Your Data

    • Before seeking support, carefully review all data you have entered or uploaded:

      • Ensure all required fields are filled in (see the user guide for required parameters).

      • Make sure all data complies with Polish tax reporting standards.

  3. Try Again

    • If you find and correct any data issues, try generating the files again.

When to Contact Support

If you have reviewed your data and the issue persists:

  • Submit a support ticket or email support@staria.com.

  • Include the following information to help us assist you faster:

    • A screenshot or copy of the error message from the Log field.

    • The steps you took before the error occurred.

    • Confirmation that you have reviewed and corrected your data.

The system helps generate the required files, but the accuracy and completeness of the data is your responsibility.
