JPK_ST_KR - FAQ

  1. Is the JPK_ST_KR feature currently available?
    The development of the JPK_ST_KR conversion feature has been completed and is currently undergoing final internal review and release preparations.

    This functionality will be included in the upcoming SDF-based Poland Localization SuiteApp, scheduled for release in Q4 2025.

    Please note that this will be delivered as a separate feature and will require a dedicated implementation. To plan in advance or to request feature enablement, kindly contact your Staria Account Manager or Client Success Manager.

  2. Will JPK_ST_KR be included in the current SuiteBundle for Poland Localization?
    No. It will only be available in the new SDF-based Poland Localization SuiteApp.

  3. What is the target release timeline?
    The feature is targeted for release in Q4 2025. An official announcement will be made closer to launch.

  4. Can you generate the JPK_ST_KR report directly from NetSuite?

    No. The JPK_ST_KR Conversion Module does not generate the report directly from NetSuite data. Instead, users must prepare and upload a properly structured CSV file based on their fixed asset records.

  1. What can users do before the release?
    To prepare for the upcoming release, users are encouraged to:

    1. Review and update their register of property, plant and equipment, as well as intangible assets

    2. Ensure data alignment with the required structure by referencing the provided CSV templates

    3. Verify completeness and accuracy of key fields, such as acquisition dates, values, depreciation, and asset classifications

    4. Preparing your asset register in advance will help ensure a smooth conversion process once the module is available.

  1. Will this page be updated as more information becomes available?
    Yes. This documentation will be updated regularly until and after the official release of the feature.
