Enabling the new NBP Exchange Rate API introduced in Poland version 4.0.0

Overview

This page is intended for customers currently using the legacy FX rate integration feature of the Staria Poland Localization SuiteApp. Users who choose to enable the new and improved NBP exchange rate API need to undeploy the legacy FX rate integration feature and configure the new NBP exchange rate API.

Required Action Before Enabling the NBP exchange rate API

Follow these steps to undeploy the legacy FX rate integration.

  1. Go to Customization > Scripting > Scripts.

  2. Search for [STA] Update FX Rates SS (id: customscript_sta_update_fxrates)

  3. Click the View link.

  4. Go to the Deployments tab.

  5. Click Script Deployment record

  6. Click the Edit button.

  7. Uncheck the Deployed box.

  8. Select Status to Not Scheduled.

  9. Click the Save button.

Deploy the NBP Exchange rate API scripts

  1. Go to Customization > Scripting > Scripts.

  2. Search for each of the following scripts listed in the table below.

  3. Click the View link.

  4. Go to the Deployments tab.

  5. Click Script Deployment record

  6. Click the Edit button.

  7. Check the Deployed box.

  8. Select Status to Released.

  9. Click the Save button.

  10. Repeat these steps for each script in the list.
