Note:

  • The JPK_KR_PD feature is not yet available and will not be included in the legacy SuiteBundle-based Poland Localization SuiteApp. It will be part of the new SDF-based Poland Localization SuiteApp, in line with NetSuite’s move away from SuiteBundler, which is being decommissioned.

What Is the JPK_KR_PD Report Module?

The JPK_KR_PD Report Module is part of the upcoming new Poland Localization SDF SuiteApp, developed using the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF). This module enables companies operating in Poland to generate the JPK_KR_PD audit file, which is required by the Polish Ministry of Finance for tax inspections and audit support.

With this module, users can:

  • Generate the JPK_KR_PD report in CSV format for internal validation

  • Automatically produce a schema-compliant XML file for submission

How It Works in NetSuite

The module integrates with NetSuite’s accounting data and uses:

  • Custom records for parameter setup and tracking

  • Saved searches and workbooks to extract general ledger data

  • SuiteScript automation to structure the XML according to schema rules

Access to the module is available via a dedicated user interface within NetSuite.
