How It Works
When a user attempts to access a licensed feature, the SuiteApp automatically verifies access against the active license.
Access is granted if:
License Key is retrieved and shown on Staria SuiteApps License Page
Poland Localization Feature license row is present
The subsidiary is licensed for the record, report or transaction.
License status is active
Current date is within the license start and end dates
Access is restricted if the user does not meet the above conditions.
User Notifications
Attempting to use a feature without a valid license triggers a notification.
Notifications may appear when:
Clicking a feature-specific button
Accessing a page or record associated with a licensed feature
