Creating an Advanced Invoice

To create an invoice from a sales order:

  1. Click the Create Advanced Invoice button. A pop-up will display the order’s currency, total order amount, and remaining balance.

  2. Select the associated Advanced Payment. The total unapplied amount of the advanced payment will be defaulted.

  3. Optionally, change the Advanced Invoice Amount and/or the Payment Date.

  4. Click Submit.

  5. Wait until you receive the confirmation that the advanced invoice has been created successfully.

  6. Click the link to the created advanced invoice record.

  7. Review the transaction that was created.

  8. Click the Print button to see the invoice printout.

Reprinting an Advanced Invoice

To print/reprint an advanced invoice:

  1. Open the advanced invoice.

    1. If the advanced invoice is unknown, alternatively, you may open the related sales order initially.

    2. Go to the Related Records tab and select the appropriate advanced invoice under the Transactions subtab.

  2. Click the Print button to see the invoice printout.
