\uD83D\uDCD8 Creating a Saved Search for FlowAP Documents

  1. Edit the following searches:
    [STA] FlowAP Documents for Processing
    [STA] FlowAP Documents for Conversion

  2. For [STA] FlowAP Documents for Processing, Add/Edit filters according to your use case, for example:
    Status = Failed to retry FlowAP documents that have failed before

  3. Update the Search Title

  4. Save As

  5. For [STA] FlowAP Documents for Conversion, you can still Add/Edit filters according to your use case however make sure that the filter Status = For Conversion is retained

  6. Update the Search Title

  7. Save As

The searches results will be used to determine which records will be processed by the script.

\uD83D\uDCD8 Executing the Scripts for Conversion

  1. Customization > Scripting > Scripts:
    Type = Map/Reduce
    From Bundle = 301105

  2. Open the below scripts:
    a. [STA] FlowAP MR Document Processing
    - will generate the JSON file based on the XML of the FlowAP Document
    b. [STA] FlowAP MR Document Conversion
    - will convert the JSON file to the Transaction

  3. Under the Deployments tab of [STA] FlowAP MR Document Processing, open any deployment that is not set to Scheduled

  4. Edit the Deployment and set the following:
    Title = *update it for easier identification next time
    Parameters > FlowAP Documents Search = *search created above

  5. Save & Execute

  6. Repeat Step 3-5 for [STA] FlowAP MR Document Conversion
