Problem

Updating to FlowAP fails and you receive the below errors message:

Solution

The error is being thrown by the Bundle Installation script because it is trying to set an Inactive Subsidiary on the custrecord_sta_flowap_cross_sub_vend field. To resolve this please do the following:

  1. Setup > Company > Subsidiaries

  2. Identify the Internal ID and Name of the Subsidiaries that are set to Inactive

  3. FlowAP > FlowAP Configuration > Staria FlowAP Subsidiary Setup

  4. Edit the Records identified in #2

  5. Set Inactive = T then Save

  6. Setup > Company > General Preferences > Custom Preferences

  7. INFLOW: LIST OF SUBSIDIARY IDS TO USE APPROVALS (DEPRECATED) > remove the Internal ID of the inactive Subsidiary then Save

  8. Perform the Bundle Update again
