Overview

Once you’ve downloaded the JPK files from the localization features, you may submit the XML files using different methods.

To prepare and send a JPK_VAT file, you can use:

  • from the free e-microfirma application,

  • from the free Simplified form tool,

  • from the free JPK WEB Client tool, which is used to send files prepared by the e-microfirma application, simplified form, and commercial programs, or

  • create JPK_VAT using an updated accounting program or one of the commercial on-line applications. If the taxpayer already uses such a program, he should check whether it has the function of sending JPK_VAT files or whether it is possible to directly download data from the program to the JPK WEB Client application.
