We are thrilled to announce the rollout of the Advanced Invoice feature, a significant enhancement within our Poland Localization Bundle for NetSuite. This innovative feature is meticulously designed to facilitate the issuance of invoices for advance payments, streamlining the process before the actual delivery of goods or services. It ensures the timely recording of advance invoice transactions and VAT, fully integrated with the comprehensive VAT reports included in the bundle.

Correction Invoices

We are excited to unveil the Correction Invoice feature, a pivotal enhancement within our Poland Localization Bundle for NetSuite. This feature is meticulously crafted to address and rectify errors or adjust previously issued invoices, adhering strictly to the Polish government's guidelines for electronic invoice structures. It ensures the accuracy of financial records and maintains alignment between your business and your customers, all while integrating flawlessly with the essential VAT reports included in the bundle.

  • A newly designed Correct Invoices page enhances user experience by simplifying the correction process within the NetSuite system.

  • You can access this feature directly from an identified invoice or credit memo or independently search by transaction for ultimate convenience.

  • This intuitive interface is designed to streamline your workflow and ensure that corrections are processed efficiently and accurately.

• Comprehensive Correction Capabilities

  • You can precisely modify the net rate or amount, tax rate or amount, and quantity of any line within a transaction.

  • The feature supports inventory and non-inventory-related items, ensuring versatility across your business operations.

  • Specific support is included for:

    • Lot-Tracked inventory

    • Serialized inventory

    • Bins

• Correction PDF

  • An out-of-the-box Correction PDF template is readily available and fully customizable to meet your printing and presentation needs.

  • This template allows you to generate clear and professional correction documents, ensuring that all adjustments are communicated effectively to your customers.

Patches

JPK V7

• Box 61 of the JPK V7 report now accepts alphanumeric characters.

General Updates

• New Item and Transaction Column fields for GTU Code, PKWiU Code, and CN Code

  • Three new fields for GTU Code, PKWiU Code, and CN Code can now be populated on an item record. The values set in the item record serve as the default values.

  • These fields are automatically defaulted in transactions whenever an item is added. Users can override the default values set on the item record.

• Removed all deprecated and unrelated components in the bundle component list.

• Updated and created new versions of Staria Poland Localization transaction and entry forms.

Required Actions for the End User

This update introduces a dependency on the Staria Core Localization SuiteApp. Users must first install or update their account with the latest version of Staria Core Localization before proceeding with the update of the Poland Localization Bundle.

To install the Core Localization SuiteApp through the Marketplace:

1. Click the SuiteApps Tab to open the page for SuiteApps Marketplace.

2. Search for Staria Core Localization and click on the result to access the SuiteApp.

3. Click the Install button to start the installation.

4. When the request for installation is successful, the button should change to “Installing…”

5. You can also check the installation status at Customization > SuiteCloud Development > Installed.

6. Installation Status will show as Complete once it’s done.
