Enhancement

Hungary VAT Report Feature Enhancement

A Hungary VAT Report custom record has been implemented to improve the user experience when generating the report.

  • This enhancement will solve an error encountered on Save and Run of the legacy Hungary VAT Report Setup page. This was an intermittent issue encountered in some NetSutie instances.

  • The Hungary VAT Report user guide has been updated: Hungary VAT Reporting

Required Actions for the End user

  1. Required Bundle Update options to select:

    • [STA] HU Report Status <customlist_sta_hu_report_status> - Replace Data

    • [STA] SS - HU VAT Report (Backend) <customscript_sta_hu_ss_vat_report> - Update Deployments

  2. If you have custom roles that use the Hungary localization, add the following role permissions required by the new Hungary VAT Report Generation

    1. To Generate VAT Report

      1. Setup > Manage Accounting Periods = View

      2. Lists > Custom Record Entries = Full

      3. Lists > Documents and Files = View

  3. To view Preview Report pages/results

    1. Transactions > Find Transaction = View

    2. All transaction types included in Saved Searches set in Hungary Localization Subsidiary Setup. If default searches are used:

      1. Transactions > Bills / Cash Sale / Cash Sale Refund / Credit Memo / Enter Vendor Credits / Expense Report / Invoice / Make Journal Entry = View

  4. Review the updated version of the Hungary VAT report user guide: Hungary VAT Reporting
