Native VAT summary table should be utilized for the solution. Customize the table to include custom fields created for the localization country.
Adapt new native suitetax related fields.
Replace custom fields with native fields
create new custom fields if there are no equivalent
keep custom component / field in the core bundle if it is shared between solutions
