SIE Verification Item #VER Mapping
Overview
There could be some cases where data sourcing for the #VER Verification Item part of the SIE would need to be sourced from another field. (For e.g., say for verno, instead of internal ID, the user would want to see the Transaction Number field in NetSuite. In this instance, the user may define a different saved search to use for the data mapping.
Default Mapping
The format of the verification item is as follows:
#VER series verno verdate vertext regdate sign
The verification item is using the “SIE transactions” saved search by default.
SIE Fields | NetSuite Fields |
---|---|
series | Type |
verno | Internal ID |
verdate | Date |
vertext | Document Number (tranid). If blank, Transaction Number. |
