Setting Up Multi-Book-related Saved Searches

Croatia Localization includes with saved searches for multi-book accounting. These saved searches shall be created whether the NetSuite Account is Multi-Book-enabled or not.

 

To setup multi-book-related saved searches:

  1. Search and access the multi-book saved search(es) you want to edit.

  1. Add or modify the appropriate Search Filters and Search Columns.

    1. On the Search Columns, make sure that the following Custom Label are existing:

      1. Number

      2. Date

      3. Name

      4. Taxable Amount

      5. Tax Amount

  2. On the Available Filters subtab, add the following:

    1. Filter: Multi-Book Accounting Transaction : Accounting Book

    2. Show in Filter Region: Yes
