Generating VAT Report

Generating the VAT Report XML

To generate the Latvian VAT report XML:

1. Go to Reports > Estonian Reports > Generate Estonian VAT Report.

2. Under VAT Parameters:

   1. Select a Subsidiary from the list.

   2. Select a Language:

      1. Estonian; or

      2. English.

   3. Select Month.

   4. Enter the year. (The value defaults to the current year.)

3. Click the Apply VAT Parameters button. Wait for the report to complete loading the data.

   Open

   

4. Review the report details and enter VAT form field data if necessary:

   1. Number of Cars (Full)

   2. Number of Cars (Partial)

   3. Adjustments+

   4. Adjustments-

5. Click Generate XML button. A process will run in the background.

   Open

   

6. Click the text : “Click here to view XML“ to view and download the XML.
