If customer is an AP customer: Explicitly include an instruction to the AP team to monitor the FlowAP document and Inbound E-document conversion queue. AP team must report to the support team if documents for conversion are not being converted.

Purpose: To monitor their FlowAP document queue after the update to make sure that everything is flowing correctly.

Login to the customer’s account for the next 5 days after the update
Check the FlowAP Document portlet
*ideal scenario is that the all documents would be converted
Things to look out for:
a. Check the Incomplete and Failed queue if the errors being encountered are valid. If there are unusual errors start investigating
b. Assuming that they receive documents everyday, the values for the following queues should be moving everyday if they have bulk conversion configured:
