Trial Balance
Books of accounts includes a trial balance of general ledger accounts. Although NetSuite have a native trial balance report, it does not include all the information required in a trial balance report based on the Chapter 2 of the Polish accounting law. A new feature is included in this version that will help the users to generate a trial balance report in PDF format.

VAT Sales and Purchase Report
Based on the chapter 2 of the Polish accounting law, companies should keep a subsidiary ledger that includes sales and purchase transactions with sufficient detail to meet tax requirements. A new report is included in this version that will help users to generate a VAT report for both sales and purchase in PDF format.

Enhancements
JPK_V7 Excel Export
In this version, a new functionality in the JPK_V7 report has been added. It will allow users to export the report in Excel format. This will help the users to reconcile the report in a more convenient manner.
Whitelisting Using Bank Account Number
In this version, a new functionality has been added to allow the users to check the bank account number per transaction against the list of bank accounts found in the whitelist.

Prepayment Invoice (beta)
There are instances where the selling company will require the buyer of goods to pay an advance relating to the invoices. The selling company is required to issue an advance invoice. This will also generally has to be reported for VAT. NetSuite out-of-the-box do not have a transaction type that may be able to facilitate the recording of the advance invoice and related final invoice.
This version includes components that will allow the users to record the advance invoice and final invoice which includes the following:
Customization components that will enhance the journal transaction type in NetSuite to faciliate the recording of advance payment.
Generation of the invoice printout for the advance invoice.
Application of the advance payment in the final invoice.
