Create Efecte tickets for tracking of the efforts made as well as issues encountered.

  1. Send an email to create an Efecte ticket:
    TO: nssuiteapps@staria.com
    SUBJECT: FlowAP 3.0 Update > [Account#]

  2. Open the created ticket in efecte:

  3. Assign the ticket to yourself:


  4. When issues are encountered you can use this ticket for tagging for the SSPE card

  5. Once the steps are done close the ticket

Highlight important information in a panel like this one. To edit this panel's color or style, select one of the options in the menu.
