Enhancements

JPK_V7

• Support for Advance Invoice Application

  • The new design for the JPK_V7 report now displays the settlement invoice and the advance invoice on one line instead of two separate entries. Previously, the report would show the full amounts of the settlement invoice and then list the advance invoice as a negative adjustment, requiring users to subtract to see the final values. With the new design, the amounts are automatically calculated as the difference between the settlement invoice and the advance invoice, making the report simpler and clearer.

Trial Balance

• Supplementary Header Note

  • In this enhancement, a new field is added in the report generation process. This field allows users to add custom notes that will appear in the header of the generated report, offering greater flexibility and context for the presented data. Journal Evidence

  • In this enhancement, a new field is added in the report generation process. • Dynamic Adjustment of the Column Width

  • This enhancement allows to dynamically adjust column widths. This allows to better align with the specific reporting needs.

Patches

Correction Invoice

• Fixed an issue that occurred when correcting an invoice to a zero quantity, price, or amount, ensuring that the invoice now updates correctly under these conditions.

• Fixed an issue affecting legacy correction invoices. Previously, editing these invoices generated a new snapshot, which inadvertently modified the original snapshot. To address this, a new field called Correction Feature Go-Live Date has been added to the Poland Localization Settings. For more details, please refer to: Correction Invoice Migration Strategy.

Polish Invoice PDF Templates

• Fixed an issue with converting numerical amounts into words in Polish, ensuring that the translations accurately represent the monetary values.
