Staria FlowAP (INFlow) Version 3.0.0
This major release introduces architectural changes to INFlow’s e-document conversion solution.
These changes are focused on optimizing scripts for converting e-documents into AP transactions.
Enhancements
This version inroduces the FlowAP Document custom record; this custom record removes the need for the NetSuite Electronic Invoicing (Bundle ID: 436209) SuiteApp inbound e-document.
The NetSuite Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp will no longer be a pre-requisite starting September 2023.
Enhanced Lookup for subsidiary, vendor and item lookup
Lookup now supports additional criteria (e.g.: email)
Customizable lookup criteria for each subsidiary
Regular expressions can be used to clean strings of text before using them to lookup the vendor or subsidiary
New and Optimized FlowAP document
The e-document record has been optimized for error handling and performance.
It is now easier to troubleshoot failed e-document conversions.
The administrator will have options to overide missing XML data and manually proceed with the conversion.
Improved audit trail.
Optimized Configuration (INFlow Preference record has been renamed to FlowAP Subsidiary Setup)
The INFlow preferences will be updated to be more user-friendly.
Relevant preferences will be grouped together.
Validation scripts are introduced to prevent conflicting preferences from being enabled.
Introduction of vendor-specific preferences. There are preferences affecting how a transaction is handled during conversion, vendor-specific preferences are now available to give the flexibility needed with varying configurations for each vendor.
