FlowAP Update > Verify there are no inactive subsidiaries

Problem

Updating to FlowAP fails and you receive the below errors message:

Solution

The error is being thrown by the Bundle Installation script because it is trying to set an Inactive Subsidiary on the custrecord_sta_flowap_cross_sub_vend field. To resolve this please do the following:

1. FlowAP > FlowAP Configuration > Staria FlowAP Subsidiary Setup

2. Edit the View and add the following Field:
   Subsidiary: Inactive

3. Save

4. Identify the Inactive sub from the list
   
   

   Open

   

5. Edit the Inflow Preference

6. Set Inactive = T then Save

7. Setup > Company > General Preferences > Custom Preferences

8. INFLOW: LIST OF SUBSIDIARY IDS TO USE APPROVALS (DEPRECATED) > remove the Internal ID of the inactive Subsidiary then Save

9. Perform the Bundle Update again
