Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New > Server Script Log
Set a new Search Title
Criteria > Standard:
Criteria | Reason |
Date is on *when error/behavior occurred | Narrow down search results to a specific date |
Script: Name starts with [STA] | Search for only Staria Script that ran |
User is *user who triggered the error/behavior | Further narrow down the search results |
You can remove the User filter if you are not getting any results or unsure who triggered the error/behavior
Results > Sort by = Internal ID
Results > Column:
Field | Reason |
Script: Name | Identify what script is executing |
Title | Helps with what is action is being performed |
Time | Identifier for when error/behavior occurred |
Details | Shows the logs for what is being executed |
Save & Run
Click on the any of the Export icons below:
Open the exported file and try to find the log corresponding to when the error/behavior occurred
