Major Release: INFlow Version 3.0.0

This release will introduce major architectural changes to INFlow.

This version of INFlow no longer requires the NetSuite Electronic Invoicing (Bundle ID: 116076) as a pre-requisite.

This version introduces optimized scripts for converting e-documents into AP transactions.

Enhancements

• Enhanced Lookup for subsidiary and vendor lookup

  • Lookup now supports additional criteria (e.g.: email)

  • Customizable lookup criteria for each subsidiary

  • Regular expressions can be used to cleanup strings of text before using it to lookup the vendor or subsidiary

• Optmized INFlow E-document record

  • The e-document record has been optimized for error handling and performance.

  • It is now easier to troubleshoot failed e-document conversions.

  • The administrator will have options to overide missing XML data and manually proceed with the conversion.

  • Improved audit trail.

• Optimized INFlow Preference record

  • The INFlow preferences will be updated to be more user friendly.

  • Relevant preferences will be grouped together.

  • Validation scripts are introduced to prevent conflicting preferences from being enabled.

  • Introduction of vendor specific preferences. There are preferences affecting how a transaction is handled during conversion, vendor specific preferences are now available to give the flexibility needed with varying configurations for each vendor.
