The existing FIFO Revaluation Feature does not include the option to download and print PDF for archiving purposes. This document aims to outline the functional requirements needed for the FIFO PDF.

 Scope and Requirements

Below are the list of Functional Specification provided by the client:

• PDF Results will follow the period of run for the calculation. Expected PDF extract is per month

• Fields to be shown are based on the data provided by Arkadiusz and are listed below.

  • Expense transaction

  • Expense date

  • Expense amount

  • Settled to date(expense)

  • Expense rate

  • Incoming transaction

  • Income date

  • Income amount

  • Settled to date (income)

  • Income rate

  • Settlement impact (expense)

  • Settlement impact (income)

  • Difference basis

  • Basis income rate

  • Expense rate basis

  • Exchange rate difference

  • Cumulative difference

• Field Column name will be shown in Polish upon the PDF Generation.

• Values to be shown on the PDF generated are based on the same saved search used for the FIFO tool Execution

• Action button will show up upon completion of the FIFO tool execution to generate the PDF print out

• Excel Generated version is not included on this solution
