Enhancements

Correction Invoice

• Tax Amount Correction

  • This enhancement introduces tax amount correction to the correction invoice functionality. This allows any manual update to the tax amount to be captured and printed in the PDF by following the same process as price corrections. For more information, please refer to the user guide: [Link]

General Ledger

• Opening Balance Enhancement

  • This enhancement introduces the option to print a general ledger report with Opening Balances for profit and loss accounts. Profit and loss account opening balances start from the first day of the fiscal year until the day before the report’s start date.

• Custom Segmentation Support

  • This enhancement allows businesses to configure a custom segmentation and have it appear on the report.

• Cumulative Turnover to Date

  • This enhancement adds a cumulative turnover to date section to the last page of the report. This sums up all debits, credits, and balances from the previous pages and displays them on one line.

• Visual Enhancements

  • This enhancement also includes visual enhancements to the report:

    • Transaction Date and Posting Date columns

      • The previous Date column is now the Posting Date column.

      • A new Transaction Date column is created and can be configured by the business to display the needed information. By default, this displays the standard transaction date in NetSuite.

    • Accounting Book

      • A new Accounting Book field has been added to the header section of the report to indicate what accounting book was selected during report generation. Note that this field only displays on accounts where Multi-Book Accounting is enabled.

Trial Balance

• Page Turnovers

  • This enhancement introduces the Current Page Turnover element to the trial balance report. Each page will now show a summary of all lines per column within the page.

Patches

General Ledger

• Fixed an issue where page numbers are inconsistent with the report numbering format and are misaligned with the rest of the headers.
