The format of the trail balance as provided by the finance team shows:

• Journals - The format of the journal entries example provided:

Note:

In all reports, we must add the following information:

• Name of Entities

• Name of Book

• NetSuite software – version (although no version shown from IFS)

• Fiscal Year & Period

• Page number

• Summary of balance for each page

• Unique Journal # (ie no breaks in numbering)
